簡(jiǎn)介
本過(guò)濾器適用于油泵吸油口處濾除油液中的雜質(zhì)，用以保護(hù)油泵及其它液壓元件，有效地控制液壓系統(tǒng)的污染，提高液壓系統(tǒng)的清潔度。
過(guò)濾器配有發(fā)訊器，旁通閥和集污盅。具有通油能力大，阻力小等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。已獲國(guó)家**局實(shí)用新型**證書(shū)。其主要性能特點(diǎn)有：

1．過(guò)濾器直接安裝在油箱蓋板上，筒體伸入油箱的油液中。出油口設(shè)有螺紋和法蘭兩種連接方式，與油泵吸油口連接，管路簡(jiǎn)單，安裝方便。
2．當(dāng)濾芯堵塞需清洗或更換時(shí)，只須打開(kāi)過(guò)濾器上蓋，即可取出濾芯進(jìn)行清洗或更換，十分方便。
3．在過(guò)濾器出油口設(shè)有濾芯堵塞發(fā)訊器，具有直觀和自動(dòng)發(fā)訊兩種功能。通過(guò)觀察發(fā)訊器上的指示表，可以隨時(shí)了解濾芯堵塞情況。
當(dāng)濾芯堵塞，出油口真空度達(dá)到0.03MPa時(shí)，發(fā)訊器便會(huì)發(fā)出訊號(hào)，此時(shí)應(yīng)停機(jī)清洗或更換濾芯。
4．在濾芯上部設(shè)有旁通閥，當(dāng)發(fā)訊器報(bào)警后不能立即處理故障，出油口真空度升至大于0.032MPa時(shí)，旁通閥則會(huì)自動(dòng)開(kāi)啟，另行開(kāi)
通油路，以保護(hù)過(guò)濾器不受損壞，并避免油泵出現(xiàn)吸空現(xiàn)象，確保系統(tǒng)照常運(yùn)行。
5．在濾芯中設(shè)有篥污盅，在系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行過(guò)程中，油液流經(jīng)濾芯內(nèi)腔時(shí)將其中超過(guò)濾芯過(guò)濾精度的污染物阻擋在濾芯內(nèi)，并集中到集污盅里
當(dāng)清洗或更換濾芯時(shí)，集污盅和濾芯一同帶出，避免了已濾除的污染物因更換濾芯時(shí)重新掉進(jìn)油箱中，從而保持了油液的清潔度。

Introduction
The Model YLX filter is directly installed on the oil tank cover plate, used for
removing impurities from the oil by filtration at the oil pump inlet of the hydraulic
system. A metal screen is adopted as the filtration core. The filter is equipped
with a signal sender and by-pass valve. When the filter is colgged and the
vacuum up t0 0.03MPa, alarm will be given.
